Setting Up on Clermont's Famous Hills
Clermont's rolling terrain is the reason we ask for a yard photo up front. A bounce house needs a mostly level pad — a gentle grade is workable, but a steep back slope means we shift to the driveway or a flatter side yard.
The newer subdivisions off Hancock Road and Highway 27 tend to have compact, flat rear lots that work perfectly, while the older lakefront lots take a bit more planning. Either way we sort it before booking, not on delivery morning.
Clermont is a Zone 3 city, so delivery, setup, and pickup are a flat $50 regardless of how far into the hills you are.

What Clermont Deliveries Require
