Room to Play: Gotha's Big-Lot Advantage
Gotha keeps a quiet, semi-rural feel inside a busy part of Orange County, and the large private lots here let us set up units that simply do not fit in tighter suburbs.
The planning item is the carry. Long driveways and wooded side yards mean a longer walk from truck to setup, so we send the right crew size rather than improvising on arrival.
Where trees limit overhead space, we will choose an open pad with you before anchoring anything.

"Our setup spot is a good hundred feet from the driveway and they never blinked. Two guys carried everything back and had it running quickly."
Gotha Delivery on Wooded, Private Lots
Gotha lots are large and often wooded, with long driveways that keep the truck well away from the setup area. We plan the carry route ahead of time. Delivery, setup, and pickup are one flat $35 fee, with 50% due at booking and the balance on delivery day.
