Gated-Community Logistics for Reunion Resort Homes
Reunion Resort is gated, HOA-governed, and full of large vacation homes — which means the logistics matter as much as the inflatable. We deliver here weekly and know the access routine.
Send us the property address plus the gate code or your property manager's contact and we coordinate entry directly. Reunion's HOA typically wants a certificate of insurance on file; we email one naming them at no cost.
Setup is usually on a paver pool deck or a compact lawn, so sandbag ballast is standard and we confirm placement and clearance before delivery day. Water slides need a hose bib nearby, which most Reunion homes have poolside.
Family reunions and multi-day trips dominate here, so ask about our 1.75x two-day rate instead of paying for two full days.

"Our reunion at a Reunion Resort home had 30 people and the water slide was the highlight. They dealt with the gate, the HOA insurance, and the paver deck without a single hiccup."
Getting Through the Reunion Gate Without a Delay
Reunion is gated and HOA-governed, so access is the part that derails most rental companies. We send the property address, gate code, and vehicle details ahead of time, keep a certificate of insurance on file with the association, and set up on the pool deck with sandbag ballast. Delivery and pickup are free.
